Henry John
Yoga Instructor
Henry came to yoga as a result of his struggles with anxiety and depression. While there is never an easy “cure” for these conditions, he discovered the practice of yoga helped soothe the fluctuations of his mind, and hence made life livable.
He is thankful to currently be residing on the unceded territory of the Ts’uubaa-asatx First Nation, and works as an archivist at the Kaatza Station Museum and Archives.
Expect an intelligent physical sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, combined with meditative segments to cultivate relaxation.

Mathew Pettit
Yoga Instructor
I've been on my journey with yoga asana for about seven years now, really finding a deep nourishing practice in the style of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, as made popular by Pattabhi Jois.
Last year, in 2022, I did a 300 hour YTT at Vancouver Island Yoga School, with Deborah Carruthers, and Geoff McKenzie. They were incredible, passionate teachers, and I was very fortunate to receive their guidance and support.
I've also done training in zenthai shiatsu massage, and sit for vippassana meditation.
I have a love of music, and humour, and will bring these with me, everywhere I go, maybe even on the mat!

Tamara Dawn
Yoga Instructor
Tamara has been studying and practicing Yoga as a way of life for over ten years. She has travelled to India several times, completing a 500 hour YTT and a year-long initiation program. While in India she also studied Ayurveda, completing several certifications specializing in rejuvenation therapies and bodywork.
For Tamara, practicing yoga is truly a way of life, a way of learning to honour the body and mind simultaneously so we can show up fully to our lives in presence, free expression and centred devotion. In her classes, she shares straight from the heart and offers a gentle, nurturing and sacred space to connect to the inner world through breath and meditative movement. Her focus both on the mat and in her life as a whole is on culturing awareness and awakening, and she weaves that aim through all her classes.

Nicole Stratton
Yoga Instructor / Breath Work
Nicole's devotion to truth floods over into her offerings. The connection she's harnessed within her own body via movement, breath and motherhood, allows her to lead from a place of embodied wisdom and deep intuition. Her background in energy healing, 550+ hours of training and hundreds of hours teaching, makes her approach grounded and unique. Nicole has been specializing in Yin Yoga since 2015.
Being exposed to her work will not only open you in new ways, but also free you of stagnant energy and emotional blocks. No single class is the same and her presence alone feels like you are being gifted with the permission to be your vulnerable and powerful self.
